At Signs and Mirrors, we are committed to ensuring that your order arrives safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below for information on processing times, shipping methods, and delivery terms.

Processing Time

Custom signs generally take 3–5 business days for processing after your design has been finalized and approved. If you need your sign faster, you can select the "Skip the Line" option during checkout for as fast as same-day or next-day processing.

Blank signs are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Processing time does not include shipping time.

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping Methods, Rates, and Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and shipping method selected. We offer several domestic shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Delivery within 1 business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen carrier delays. Domestic (U.S.) shipping applies only to the contiguous United States (48 states) and does not include Alaska, Hawai'i, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories. 

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Please be aware that international shipping may incur additional customs fees, taxes, or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays, holds, or seizures by customs authorities. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery Confirmation

Once the carrier confirms delivery, the order is considered fulfilled and received. Signs and Mirrors is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage that occurs after delivery has been confirmed. Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.

Damages and Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@signsandmirrors.com within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution. Please note that eligibility for replacement or refund depends on the carrier’s findings.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize that you have provided incorrect shipping information, please contact us immediately at info@signsandmirrors.com.
