At Signs and Mirrors, every sign is made with care and attention to detail. Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final

  • Custom Signs: Custom orders are created specifically for you and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please double-check your spelling, colors, and sizing before placing your order.

  • Blank Signs: Due to the high cost of return shipping and handling, blank signs are also non-returnable and non-refundable.

That said, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@signsandmirrors.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly (e.g., replacement or store credit at our discretion). In such cases, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs, and the item must be returned in the same condition it was received. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.

For customers located in the European Union:

  • In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you may have the right to cancel your purchase of non-custom signs within 14 days of delivery.

  • If you choose to exercise this right, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs, and the item must be returned in its original condition.

  • Please note that the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to custom or personalized signs, which are exempt under EU law.
