At Signs and Mirrors, we believe great design is about more than looks—it’s about creating meaningful experiences. Our recent project with MillerKnoll, a global collective of iconic design brands, brought that philosophy to the streets of New York City in a beautifully understated way.
Located at 251 Park Avenue South, New York, NY 10010, MillerKnoll wanted to welcome guests and passersby with something that felt both elevated and inviting. We created two White Stainless Steel A-Frame Sidewalk Signs, each with simple, friendly messaging that aligns with the brand’s ethos of design with purpose. The first sign reads: "Cold Brew! Enjoy a pick-me-up, on us." followed by the MillerKnoll logo at the center and their guiding phrase: "Together by Design" at the bottom. The second sign complements the first with a sweet invitation: "Cookies! Stop and savor some sweetness." Again, with the logo and tagline completing the composition. These signs were designed not just to catch the eye, but to create a welcoming moment of generosity and connection.
