Who qualifies for the trade program?
Practicing interior designers, architects, design and retail agencies, and authorized distributors. We require a verifiable business - typically a website, a registered entity, and active project work.
How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days. If we need additional context, we'll reach out directly.
Can I order samples before specifying?
Yes. Approved trade accounts can request finish samples.
Do you offer payment terms?
Available to qualified accounts after a successful first paid order. You can apply during onboarding or any time after.
What about custom fabrication?
Most of our trade work is custom. Logos, oversized formats, non-standard finishes, and bespoke pieces are quoted directly. Your account manager will walk you through lead times and tolerances.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship globally; trade accounts receive itemized shipping quotes per project.
