Our latest project with Belgian Boys in Austin, Texas, was all about fun, flavor, and spreading a little love, Texas-style.
We created an opaque pink acrylic A-frame sidewalk sign designed to stop people mid-scroll and mid-walk. One side opens with a friendly “Hey Texas” at the top, a waffle image at the center, a QR code placed right beside it, and “FREE HEART-SHAPED PANCAKE SAMPLES” at the bottom, followed by their TikTok and Instagram handles. Flip it around, and you’re greeted again with “Hey Texas,” this time paired with a pancake image, “Grab your pancakes,” and the sweet line “SEND YOUR LOVE TO SOMEONE SPECIAL.” Bright, playful, and impossible to ignore, it feels just as joyful as the brand itself.

Bringing Belgian Comfort to Texas
Belgian Boys is known for turning everyday breakfast moments into something a little more special. From fluffy pancakes to golden waffles, their products are all about comfort, quality, and joy. This Austin activation was the perfect chance to lean into that playful energy.

A Sidewalk Sign That Feels Like a Hug
This sign doesn’t just advertise, it connects. The pink color instantly sets a cheerful tone, while the food imagery makes everything feel warm and familiar. “FREE HEART-SHAPED PANCAKE SAMPLES” draws people in, and the QR code makes it easy to keep the experience going online. On the back, the message shifts from invitation to emotion, encouraging people to share love along with pancakes. It’s fun, expressive, and very Belgian Boys.
