Our latest sign project for ōLiv Broom, located at 636 State Street, Madison, WI 53703, gives the upcoming student living community a sleek and eye-catching way to introduce itself.
We created a Mirrored Stainless Steel A-Frame Sidewalk Sign for ōLiv Broom that feels modern, playful, and perfectly suited to the brand. One side of the sign features the friendly message “Meet me at ōLiv Broom.” in large white lettering. The ōLiv logo is placed near the upper-right corner, keeping the branding visible without taking away from the main message. At the bottom, @olivbroom gives visitors an easy way to find the community online.

More Than Just a Place to Live
ōLiv Broom describes itself as a “lake house in the sky,” bringing Madison's lake-inspired lifestyle into a high-rise community. Its amenities include a rooftop and pool, fitness and spa spaces, study areas, social spaces, and an on-site coffee shop. The community also places a strong focus on connection.

A Sidewalk Sign With Personality
Good signage should make people stop for a second, and this ōLiv Broom A-frame does exactly that. The mirrored stainless steel gives it a clean and premium appearance, while the conversational messages make the brand feel approachable.
The opposite side takes a slightly more playful approach with the phrase “ōLiv Broom looks good on you.” The oversized white typography immediately catches attention and gives the sign a youthful personality.
