Nanushka & Happier Grocery - Soho, New York
At Signs and Mirrors, we had the pleasure of collaborating with Budapest-based fashion brand Nanushka to create a custom mirrored A-frame sidewalk sign for their exclusive pop-up café during New York Fashion Week (NYFW). This limited-time event, held from February 6 to 9, 2025, took place at Happier Grocery, located at 365 Canal Street in SoHo.
Nanushka Café: A Fusion of Fashion and Culinary Delight
Nanushka, founded by Sandra Sandor in 2006, is renowned for its sustainable and effortlessly chic designs that blend modernity with bohemian spirit. For NYFW 2025, Nanushka partnered with Happier Grocery, a New York-based lifestyle brand, to bring the essence of their London and Budapest cafés to the heart of SoHo. The pop-up offered a tranquil retreat amidst the bustling fashion week, featuring a specially curated menu of drinks and desserts that embodied the worlds of both brands.
A Mirrored A-Frame Sign Reflecting Elegance
To announce Nanushka Café's pop up at Happier Grocery, we designed a mirrored stainless steel A-frame sidewalk sign that captured the minimalist and sophisticated aesthetic of the brand. The sign prominently displayed "Nanushka Café" in sleek black text, with "HAPPIER GROCERY" elegantly noted at the bottom. This design aligns with Nanushka's refined image and attracts passersby, inviting them to experience the unique collaboration.
Experience the Nanushka Café Pop-Up
The Nanushka x Happier Grocery Café Pop-Up is open from February 6 through February 9, 2025, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Guests had the opportunity to enjoy a curated café menu at Happier Grocery's beverage bar, including offerings like the Moonbeam Flat White, Immunity Elixir, Mindful Matcha, and Cosmos Cookies.
