  • What's the minimum order for custom projects?

    Custom orders start at $1,000. This covers one-off pieces, small batch runs, and bespoke designs. For larger commercial projects or multi-location rollouts, we offer volume pricing.

  • What materials do you work with?

    Primarily stainless steel (brushed, mirror, PVD gold, PVD black), brass, aluminum, and acrylic. We also offer powder coat finishes in any RAL color. If you have a specific material in mind, ask — we'll let you know if we can work with it.

  • How long does a custom order take?

    Most custom orders take 3–5 business days for production after design approval, plus shipping time. Complex or large-scale projects may take longer. We'll confirm your timeline in the quote.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes. We ship nationwide and internationally. Freight quotes are provided with your project estimate for larger or heavier pieces.

  • Can I see a proof before production?

    Always. We send a digital proof for your approval before fabrication begins. Nothing goes into production until you sign off.

  • Do you handle design, or do I need to provide files?

    Both. You can send us finished design files (AI, PDF, PNG) or just a rough idea — photos, sketches, a description. Our team will handle the rest and present options for your review.

  • Do you offer trade or wholesale pricing?

    Yes. We work with architects, interior designers, and retail buildout firms on an ongoing basis. Contact us for trade program details and volume pricing.
