Our recent sign project for Yonex, located at 470 Broadway, New York City, brings the energy of the brand’s NYC presence to the street.
We created a Dark Blue Transparent Acrylic A-Frame Sidewalk Sign for the Team Yonex Lounge, designed to guide visitors while fitting naturally into Yonex’s bold visual identity. The top reads “NYC 2026”, followed by “TEAM YONEX LOUNGE” in distinctive horizontal-line lettering. A large left-pointing arrow makes the direction easy to follow, while the lower section features “CRAFTED BY” and the iconic YONEX logo.

Part of the New York Tennis Experience
Yonex’s connection with New York goes beyond simply selling tennis equipment. The brand has used its NYC pop-ups to bring products, athletes, technology, and fan experiences together. Its 2024 Broadway activation, for example, was specifically created around the US Open and included the local tennis community and Team Yonex athletes.

The sign was created for Yonex’s New York pop-up and fan activation tied to the US Open tennis season. Its design captures the energy of the event while providing clear directions for visitors heading to the lounge. That same spirit fits naturally into the current US Open season. The 2026 US Open is expanding its presence across New York City with immersive fan experiences and activations designed to bring the tournament atmosphere beyond the tennis center.

Yonex’s 2026 New York collection also reflects the connection between the brand and the city, describing the collection as bringing Grand Slam energy into everyday tennis style. With its bold blue finish and clean athletic design, it gives the Team Yonex Lounge a memorable presence at 470 Broadway during New York’s annual tennis season.
