Our latest sidewalk sign project with Bocci, located at Lorenzo Mascheroni 2, Milan, Italy 20123, brings a bold and contemporary presence to Milan’s refined design scene.

We created two Transparent Acrylic A-Frame Sidewalk Signs that feel sleek, minimal, and highly architectural. Smoked acrylic provides each sign a faint tint that lets light through while creating contrast for the white designs. Transparency gives signage a layered look that is lightweight but striking in any location.

The first sign becomes more useful yet still attractive. A basic navigational map with a “You are here” label directs guests to the entrance. The direction “Please enter via garden gate at Via Giuseppe Rovini, 20” is straightforward and easy to follow. Diagonal hatching design adds texture and visual interest while keeping clarity.

The second sign labels the exhibition “Light as Medium,” with the Bocci emblem at the top. The caption “A special exhibition curated by The Future Perfect’s David Alhadeff” gives context without cluttering the gallery. Typography is carefully spaced and centered, highlighting Bocci's clean and deliberate design.

Where Art, Light, and Innovation Converge

Bocci is not only a lighting company; it's a design firm that works with a variety of materials, light, and space. Their presence in Milan shows this attitude, with immersive experiences that make it hard to tell the difference between art installation and functional design.

A Sidewalk Sign That Communicates and Inspires

These acrylic A-frame signs are more than just signs. They are like extensions of Bocci's creative vision, bringing together information, directions, and art into one system. The clear material and simple white designs keep the signs classy while still getting people's attention.
