Our latest signage project with After School Coffee House in New York was all about capturing the easygoing, come-as-you-are vibe that defines the brand.
We made an Brushed Stainless Steel Upright Sign that is simple and clean but still makes a statement. The bright and fun "AFTER SCHOOL COFFEE HOUSE" logo is in the middle of the sign. It is written in rounded fonts that make it feel instantly friendly and welcoming. The short phrase "let's hang out" near the end adds a friendly, casual touch, like an open request instead of a sales pitch. The sign is warm and simple, but has a modern edge thanks to the brushed metal finish.
On the other side, things are just as simple and warm. The "ASCH" mark is in the bottom corner, next to a simple drawing of a cup in the middle. It's soft, fun, and easy to recognize, and it gives the design flavor without being too much.

A Sign That Matches the Mood
This upright sign doesn’t shout for attention, and that’s exactly the point. Its clean layout, soft metallic finish, and friendly messaging mirror the experience inside the café. It feels natural on the sidewalk, blending seamlessly into the neighborhood while still drawing people in with its subtle charm.
